As Customer Success & Contracts Manager, Tara works closely with clients throughout their journey with Wyser, from contracts and onboarding through to implementation and ongoing support. She combines strong project management with a customer-first approach, helping organisations adopt new technology smoothly while ensuring every detail is managed with care. 

With extensive experience in contract management, project delivery and operational governance, Tara brings structure and clarity to complex projects. She has led bids, managed large-scale implementations and developed processes that balance compliance with an exceptional customer experience, ensuring organisations can focus on the people they support rather than the administration behind the scenes. 

At Wyser, Tara works across teams to ensure every client receives a seamless experience. Whether coordinating implementations, managing contracts or supporting customers as they embed AI into their services, her goal is always the same: helping organisations realise the full value of their partnership with Wyser.

Outside of Wyser… 

Outside of Wyser, I enjoy travelling with my husband. We’ve made it to five continents so far, with South America next on the bucket list. At home, I swap travel guides for paint charts and channel my creative side into renovating our Edwardian home. I love to get stuck into the DIY and have learned new skills such as tiling and plastering along the way.
