As Head of Consultancy at Wyser, Michelle works alongside leadership teams to identify opportunities for innovation, apply AI in practical and meaningful ways, and turn complex challenges into achievable change. Her approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring organisations can adopt new technology with confidence and lasting impact. 

Alongside her consultancy career, Michelle has founded and grown several successful businesses of her own. That combination of corporate, public sector and entrepreneurial experience gives her a practical perspective on transformation, balancing ambitious ideas with the realities of budgets, culture and day-to-day operations. 

Michelle has worked across a wide range of organisations, leading business analysis, service improvement and transformation initiatives. Today, she also plays a key role in Wyser’s Innovate UK projects, helping shape research and innovation that supports the safe and effective adoption of AI across regulated and public service environments.

“I speak with many people who feel ‘behind’ when it comes to AI.  AI is evolving and expanding minute by minute and rather than causing panic, knowing that you can’t keep up should provide people with solace.”
