Before your trial or subscription begins, you’ll need to sign a Data Processing Agreement, provide any case note templates you’d like set up in the system and confirm which users require access, using their organisation email addresses. We’ll also arrange either a full-team training session or a train-the-trainer session. If you require telephony integration, we’ll work with you in advance to build and test it in our sandbox environment, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from the start.
-
We are always interested in discussing potential new integrations – please get in touch at sales@wyser.online.
-
We are working on our translation capabilities, so watch this space for updates.

Can you use Wyser in face-to-face meetings?
Yes. You can record an in-person conversation and upload it for transcription and case notes.
ASSIST Go is available for Android via the Google Play Store, allowing you to record in-person conversations with one tap, online or offline, before uploading them to Wyser for processing and removing the local file from your device. You can also use our Desktop Recorder to capture face-to-face audio through your laptop microphone or connected equipment, starting and stopping when you choose and uploading only the conversations you want to process. The iOS app is planned for Q3 2026, following further improvements to the Android experience, and the capability will continue to evolve through regular updates and user feedback.
-
This depends on the quality of the call recording. In very noisy environments the quality of the transcript may be impacted which will impact the quality of the summary. This can be mitigated by using noise cancelling microphones, for example.
-
Yes, we can build this for you – we just need an example of the case note style you would like us to create for you. Please contact us on sales@wyser.online or book a demo.

We use our large database of UK accent data, captured via our AccentLog project (soon to be available to everyone who wants to submit their accent), to benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs). We are LLM-agnostic which means that if we determine a new model is better than the one we currently use, we can move to the new model. This ensures that we’re always using best in class technology.
-
We don’t currently include capability for integrating with WhatsApp or text messaging clients.
-
Yes, users find it reliable; when they do come across errors we encourage them to feedback so that we can continually fine tune and improve the service.
When editing is required, it is often with names, either people or locations.
-
With a telephony integration in place, Wyser can provide you with a transcript of your call and your case note summary in near real time. As soon as the call is complete the transcript and summary is created in around 10% of the length of time of the call itself – so the transcript and case note for a 20 minute call would be available in around 2 minutes.

Security and Compliance
This section outlines how we protect your information, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
-
Quality sits at the heart of Wyser’s approach. Wherever possible, we develop and deploy our own models to maintain close control over performance, privacy and reliability. Where specialist third-party technology can provide the best experience for our clients, we may use approved providers to support the Service. Every provider is assessed through our internal assurance process, considering its role, the data and processing involved, its security and data protection controls, and whether its use is appropriate. Where a provider acts as a sub-processor, Wyser puts written terms in place that meet applicable data protection requirements and remains responsible for that provider in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If a new sub-processor is appointed, this page will be updated and customers will have the opportunity to object in line with the DPA.

Our transcriptions achieve an accuracy rate of up to 96% for the English language, when compared to a transcript written by a human. We use industry-leading speech recognition technology, rigorously tested across a diverse range of UK accents and domains. While we strive for the highest accuracy, factors like audio quality, background noise, and technical jargon can influence the transcript’s accuracy.
In creating summaries, our priority is factual accuracy and fidelity to the transcript. The models we use are specifically designed to exclude incorrect or fabricated information and to produce summaries that are both coherent and easy to read. We refine our models and processes based on human feedback and preferences, ensuring that the summaries are not only accurate but also meet the standards of clarity, readability, and usefulness that people expect.
-
Wyser is ideal for advice-giving organisations, legal services, helplines, and customer support teams. Any organisation that relies on phone-based interactions and needs accurate, efficient documentation can benefit from our automated transcription and summarisation capabilities. It helps reduce administrative workload, improve record-keeping, and enhance service efficiency.
-
Wyser works by transcribing a recording of a conversation between an advisor and a service user, using large language models or LLM’s. LLM’s are a form of artificial intelligence or AI.
Once the transcription has been created, the AI reviews the transcript of the full conversation, and creates one or more summaries or case notes, based on what was discussed during the conversation.
The transcript and summaries are presented back to the advisor via the front end, or via one of our CRM or case management integrations, for the advisor to review, edit and save against the appropriate client record.
-
Wyser is an AI-powered transcription, summarisation and data-extraction tool designed to make case management and client support more efficient. It processes spoken and written information, turning conversations into accurate transcripts, structured summaries and key data while reducing manual entry and speeding up case recording. Advisers remain in control, with the ability to review and refine every output before it is finalised. By reducing repetitive administrative work, WyserASSIST gives teams more time to focus on clients and higher-value tasks, improving productivity, consistency and employee wellbeing. This makes it particularly valuable for organisations where accurate documentation and timely information processing are essential.
-
We haven’t had any direct feedback on this; a lot will depend on the way that is introduced, we can provide coaching on this.
-
You would need to confirm with your telephony provider how to switch off call recording for that call.
